Direction: MONITORING OF INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS OF HORIZON UA ​​(MIPH-UA)

Contains information about a specific participant for a separate project in which he is listed (several entries about a participant with information corresponding to a specific project are allowed). Purpose: to offer a data source (a table with records) and a platform for the implementation of participation analysis (a set of filters, a dashboard) in the EU's framework programmes for research and innovation in projects with the presence of Ukrainian subjects.

Each table entry contains information about the subject's participation structured by fields of a certain type:

  • Organization ID. Unique identifier of the organization in CORDIS. Information during the product development was not used in the filters of CORDIS search.
  • Legal Name. Legal information used when registering an organization in the Participant Register of the Funding & Tenders Portal of the European Commission in order to obtain a 9-digit Participant Identification Code (PIC). In this field, a link to consolidated information about this organization for all projects is implemented.
  • Short Name. Not all organizations indicated the short name, presumably during registration. Information during the product development was not used in CORDIS search engine filters.
  • Street. Address information.
  • Сity. Address information.
  • Postal Code. Address information.
  • Country. Address information.
  • Website. Information about the web address is provided for the purpose of providing extended information about this organization, its activities, structure, contacts, etc. The information is not presented for all organizations. In this field, if data is available, an external link is implemented.
  • Contact form. Link to the contact form available on the European Commission's Funding & Tenders Portal if you have an EU Login account (EU Login is the European Commission's user authentication service; the EU Login account provides general access only, does not provide access to the organization's project/contract data; access depends on from roles and access rights). The link is generated on the basis of Organization ID and Grant agreement ID. The information is open to representatives of the target audience who have an EU Login account.   • Activity type. Information on activity groups listed in the HORIZON dashboard of the Community Research and Development Information Service (CORDIS). The total data set of all participants is divided into groups according to the following types of activities: Research Organizations (REC), Higher or Secondary Education Establishments (HES), Private for-profit entities (excluding Higher or Secondary Education Establishments) (PRC), Public bodies (excluding Research Organizations and Secondary or Higher Education Establishments) (PUB) and Others (OTH).   • SMEs/true. In this field, membership to the group of small and medium-sized enterprises is indicated. Information during the product development was not used in the filters of CORDIS search.
  • Type. This field indicates the roles of the grant consortium. The total data set of all participants is divided into groups according to the following roles: coordinator - responsible for project management, submission of reports and results, and acts as an intermediary in all contacts with the EU Grant Authority; participant - implements his part of the project and contributes to grant management (grant preparation, reporting, etc.); third party (thirdParty) - a legal entity, other than a subcontractor, affiliated or legally connected with the participant; the subject performs work under the conditions specified in the Grant Agreement, supplies goods or provides services for the project, but does not sign the Grant Agreement; the third party complies with the rules applicable to its related participant under the Grant Agreement regarding the eligibility of costs and the control of costs; partner - contributes to the implementation of the project, but does not sign the Grant Agreement; associated partner (associatedPartner) - does not receive any part of the grant funds, therefore it has to organize other sources of funding (bear its own costs, internal redistribution of funding within the consortium, search for investors, etc.); international partner (internationalPartner) - a legal entity established in a non-associated third country that is not eligible for funding in accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation (EU) establishing the rules for participation and dissemination in Horizon 2020.   • Call for proposal. Information on the call for proposals of the EU's programs, in which the topic for the submission of a grant proposal was chosen. In this field, an external link to the information of the Portal of funding and tenders of the European Commission is implemented. The information is used in the filters of CORDIS search through the ID.
  • Topic(s). Information about the topic(s) which this project is financed. This field implements an external link to information in CORDIS about the topic. The information is used in the filters of CORDIS search through the ID.

  • Programme(s). A list of all programs under which the project is implemented.
  • Main programme. A program with the status of main in the list of all programs (Programme(s)) in CORDIS.
  • Framework programme of the main programme. Information about the Framework program, which is formed from part of the data of Main programme. Field data values are limited. The information is used in the filters of CORDIS search.
  • Components structure of the framework program of the main programme of the first level. Information about the first-level component of the Framework program, which is formed from part of the data of Main programme using the identification of a numerical value.   • Component structures of the framework program of the main programme of the second level. Information about the second-level component of the Framework program, which is formed from part of the data of Main programme using the identification of a numerical value.   • Net EU contribution, €. A more detailed and accurate accounting method as it considers distribution of the EU financial contribution between direct beneficiaries of the project and other type of participants, notably third-party participants; the sum of the net contributions in a project is equal to the grant amount.
  • Other funding, €. The difference between the amount of Total cost and Net EU contribution for a certain project. Information during the product development was not used in the filters of CORDIS search.
