The Circular Economy and Quality mainly provides action grants for projects that implement innovative and best practice solutions in these areas through so-called Standard Action Projects (SAPs). It also covers the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EU environmental policy and legislation through so-called Strategic Integrated Projects (SIPs).
