Description

The State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine, in collaboration with TIB - Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and the University Library, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, invites you to participate in the II International Conference "Open Science and Innovation in Ukraine 2023", which will take place online on October 26-27, 2023. The event will be held as part of the International Open Access Week 2023 (https://www.openaccessweek.org/theme/uk).

Target Audience. Researchers, librarians, managers, and staff of research libraries, managers and administrators of institutional repositories, experts from research offices of higher education institutions, IT technology specialists, publishers of scientific journals, developers of scientific information platforms and systems, doctoral students and young scientists, project managers, business leaders, startup co-organizers, members of library associations, and researchers are invited to participate in the discussion.

Conditions of participation

OSIU2023 is a forum for the presentation and discussion of ideas related to fundamental or specific aspects of open science and innovation. This forum addresses a wide range of issues concerning the implementation of policies, scientific infrastructures, service provision for the practical realization of open science and innovation, and the impact of human factors on ensuring the long-term development of open access policy.
