The Nature and Biodiversity sub-programme will aim to protect and restore Europe's nature, as well as stop and prevent the loss of biodiversity.
It will support projects that will contribute to the implementation of the EU Habitats and Birds Directives, and in particular, the development and management of the Natura 2000 network, and international accounting standards, and will contribute to the achievement of the goals of the EU Biodiversity Strategy until 2030, part of the EU Green Deal.
